Aaron specializes in profitability consulting and analysis for a variety of industries and disciplines and is a Certified Franchise Executive.

Aaron came to the firm as an audit partner in 1995, and has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing. He focuses his practice on a number of key niches, including franchising, manufacturing, real estate, restaurants, and professional service firms.

An active member of the International Franchise Association and partner-in-charge of the firm's franchise division, Aaron - a frequent speaker and lecturer on various franchise-related topics - also serves as a trusted advisor to both active and potential franchisors and multi-unit franchisees. His work with franchisors includes preparation of audited financial statements, international tax structuring, expansion consulting, due diligence and acquisitions services, the structuring of royalty audit programs, and succession planning. A long-time client of the firm is one of the world's largest franchisors. He also helps prospective franchisees analyze franchise opportunities and understand franchise disclosure circulars.

In the manufacturing arena, he works with companies to help clients understand and analyze cost systems for operations and potential acquisitions. His due diligence work including helping package businesses for sale to obtain the best value for the company.

Aaron especially enjoys offering financial and profitability consulting to his clients – during good times and bad – to help them improve their bottom line and goals to gain a better quality of life. He seeks with each client to gain a deep understanding of how their business is unique and assists in crafting tailored programs to help them boost profitability, plan for the future, and better enjoy what they love best about their business.

An active member of his community, Aaron is a past president of the Long Island Network Exchange, and member of the board and officer of his synagogue, Young Israel of Plainview.

He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and the New York State Society of CPAs, and is frequently asked to speak on the franchising and restaurant industries.

Aaron is a graduate of Touro College, is married with three children and has a passion for singing, music, and his twice-weekly tennis games.
