Alan has been in public accounting for more than 30 years. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, Individual and Corporate Tax Planning, and Business Management Services.

His clients include those in Manufacturing, Construction Contracting, Real Estate, and 401(K) and other Employee Benefit Plans. He helps his clients on ways to increase profitably of their businesses, and to maintain and transfer personal wealth to succeeding generations.

Alan graduated from the Baruch School of CCNY and is licensed as a CPA in New York. He is a member of both the New York State Society of CPA's and the American Institute of CPAs.
