Arnold J. Herrmann, CPA, a partner and practice leader of the firm's Private Client Group, brings to his clients 22 years experience serving as a trusted financial advisor to high-profile individuals working in film, media and the restaurant industry.
Herrmann provides individuals and their families, advice on tax planning and compliance, estate and retirement planning, as well as investment advisory and business management services. Among his clients are well-known film directors, actors, producers, television journalists, restaurateurs and corporate executives.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Herrmann was a senior managing director at a financial consulting and business management firm.
Herrmann graduated from The State University of New York at Albany with a degree in accounting, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the New York State Society of CPAs. He is a trustee and the treasurer of Jenna's Rainbow Foundation, which is dedicated to assisting children and families battling brain and spinal cord tumors. He is also a director on the MusiCares Foundation, a charity which provides a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need – including financial, personal, and medical emergencies.
