David's 30 years of accounting and auditing experience covers a wide variety of industries including financial services companies and broker dealers. Specifically, Dave's expertise hones in on commission broker dealers, firms engaged in placements and underwritings, market makers and members of the New York Stock Exchange.

Dave is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York. He is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs, serving on the New York Society's Stock Brokerage Accounting Committee. He is also a member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association's financial management and internal audit divisions.

As a member of the Stock Brokerage Accounting Committee, David serves as a seminar instructor and contributes articles regularly for publication.

Dave has also been active in his community. He served as a member of an allocation committee at United Way of Nassau-Suffolk for several years. In addition, he has held the positions of officer, Treasurer and Board Member of his synagogue in Syosset, New York.
