Dave Seiden, a member of the firm's tax department and head of its State and Local Tax (SALT) practice (known as SALT Link), brings more than 25 years of accounting and tax experience to his clients.

Seiden, who works out of the firm's White Plain's office, joined the firm from a Rye Brook-based SALT consulting firm he founded in 2008. Prior to starting SALT Link, Seiden was a SALT partner at a Big Four accounting firm for 17 years as wells as a tax partner at a large regional CPA firm.

As the lead partner in the SALT practice, Seiden helps individuals and businesses, navigate the complexities of multi-state income and franchise taxes; sales and use taxes; residency audits; and unclaimed property taxes. In addition to Seiden's extensive SALT background, his broad tax knowledge enables him to assists clients facing federal and international tax matters.

Seiden is considered an expert on SALT issues and is frequently quoted in industry publications as well as in the Wall Street Journal. Seiden graduated in from American University with a degree in accounting, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.
