Ed has more than a quarter century of experience as an accounting, auditing and consulting advisor to emerging and mid-sized businesses. He also serves as co-managing partner of the Firm's Springfield, N.J. office, is managing partner of the Firm's Funeral Services Industry Group, and co-chairs the Firms' Quality Control Committee.
Over the years, Ed has worked with a number of diverse niches, including funeral homes, real estate and construction, manufacturing, and a variety of service industries. He provides clients with a variety of consulting services, including advice on mergers and acquisitions, profitability enhancement, corporate financing and strategic planning. Ed is currently on the board of the Joseph Campbell Foundation and the Baronial Order of the Magna Charta.
Ed spent seven years working in a national firm and 15 years as managing partner of Horton & Company before joining Citrin Cooperman in 2001.
Ed graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University with bachelor degrees in accounting and economics.
He speaks regularly on valuation services and profitability enhancement issues as they pertain to small and emerging businesses.
Ed is a member of both the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
