Wayne is Chief Executive Officer of Citrin Cooperman, responsible for overall administrative oversight of the firm. He has held that position since 2008.
In addition, Wayne has been helping clients in the international tax arena for more than 42 years. His client practice is focused on providing strategic tax planning and advice to privately-owned businesses, multi-national entities and high net worth individuals.
His keen grasp of international laws and tax consequences across borders has earned him a client base across the globe, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Brazil, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa.
Wayne joined Citrin Cooperman in 2000 after spending more than a decade building Holton Associates, a firm he founded in 1989. Wayne received his BBA in accounting from Pace University in 1968, and pursued his masters in taxation at City College of New York.
He is currently a member of the New York State Society of CPA's and serves on the International Taxation Committee. He has lectured on various U.S. and international tax topics to groups around the U.S. and the world. He has also taught graduate level tax courses at Adelphi and Farleigh Dickinson universities.
Wayne is also a founding director of the World Childhood Foundation, an organization founded by Queen Silvia of Sweden to aid exploited and abused children. He is also a member of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce.
