Ivan is a manager in the firm's White Plains office. He has spent the past 10+ years providing accounting, tax, and business consulting services to both closely-held businesses and individuals. In addition, Ivan's expertise includes due diligence work, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions and general strategic planning.
Over the years, Ivan has worked with a number of industries including automotive dealerships, manufacturing, retail, real estate and medical practices.
Ivan graduated summa cum laude from William Paterson University with bachelors' degrees in accounting and finance. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
