James J. O'Sullivan is a director in the firm's Valuation & Forensic Services Group, in New York. As an attorney and CPA certified in financial forensics through the AICPA, he has served as a consultant in a large number of complex litigation cases involving a cross section of industries, including healthcare, professional services, construction, real estate and manufacturing, among others.
He previously worked at Willamette Management Associates.
Jim has experience working on cases involving shareholder disputes, contract disputes, post-acquisition disputes, personal injury and wrongful death, wrongful termination, marital dissolutions, and white collar criminal defense and forensic accounting investigations.
Jim is a member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the New York Bar Association and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from the State University of New York with a bachelor's degree and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Pace University School of Law.
