John has more than 20 years of public accounting experience, specializing in helping emerging and mid-sized businesses boost profitability while improving the owners' quality of life.

John joined Citrin Cooperman as a partner in 2005 after successfully managing his own CPA firm for 17 years. John provides accounting, tax and consulting services to clients in various industries and has a significant number of medical and dental practice and interior design clients.

John began his career with a national firm and then, with a partner, formed his own firm. John is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.

In his free time, John is an active member of his community where he currently serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Treasurer with his local Boy Scout Troop. John is also a past board member of the United Way of Westchester/Putnam.
