With over 30 years of experience, Ken specializes in tax planning, management advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, profitability planning, and estate planning. His clients include medical/dental practices, manufacturers, construction companies, contractors, importers/exporters, restaurants and food services, and professional service firms.

Ken frequently speaks on tax legislation, real estate and health care matters to realtors and health care practitioners. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ken previously served as an arbiter with the American Arbitration Association and served on various community volunteer boards including the YMCA.

He earned a B.S. in accounting from Albright College and is a licensed CPA in New Jersey.

In his spare time Ken coaches PAL basketball and baseball in Berkley Heights, New Jersey.
