Manny focuses his practice on profitability and tax consulting for a variety of service businesses, with a special emphasis on restaurants, market research companies, and funeral homes. Manny has more than 15 years of experience helping closely-held private companies succeed.

He has worked closely with clients as a consultant during mergers and acquisitions, analyzing financials of their businesses to boost cash flow. He also helps them determine what they should be paying for products and services to get the most for their money. As a member of the firm's audit staff, he is also skilled in the many technical aspects of accounting and oversees his client's compilations, reviews and audits.

Manny takes pride in his hands-on approach with clients, ensuring that he is always accessible and ready to listen. He has long-term relationships with his clients, and works hard to help build his clients' businesses from the ground up—and beyond.

Manny is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New York State Society of CPAs, and a frequent guest speaker at industry seminars. He is also a licensed insurance agent in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.

A cum laude graduate of Baruch College, Manny earned his CPA designation in 1992. He lives in Astoria, NY with his wife and children. In his spare time, he enjoys sports; he coaches Little League for his four sons, is a member of the Citrin Cooperman basketball and softball teams, and strongly supports the New York Yankees and Giants.
