Mark Fagan is co-managing partner of audit of the firm's Westchester office. With over 17 years of audit, tax and business advisory experience, Mark has developed expertise in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, private placement offerings, fraud audits, prospective financial statements and due diligence work. He is currently serving clients in the real estate and software development, manufacturing, retail and construction industries.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman as partner in 2003, Mark spent 13 years with two international accounting firms and four years managing the audit practice of a local accounting firm. Mark also serves as an instructor for training courses on topics such as leadership skills, tax accruals, inventory issues, and financial statement presentation.

Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude from Nichols College and is a member of the Westchester County Chamber of Commerce, the Westchester Economic Development Council and the Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In his spare time, Mark coaches youth football and softball in Yorktown Heights, N.Y.
