Mark has spent the past several years providing business consulting, tax and financial advice to a variety of closely-held private businesses, both domestically and internationally. He is a partner with extensive experience in the following industries: real estate, financial services (private equity and investment partnerships), service, and manufacturing/distribution, as well as providing expertise for merger and acquisition deals.

Mark works closely with clients to offer advice and counsel in the areas of business consulting and analysis. He provides feedback about strategic corporate organization, as well as business and tax planning. His focus is helping his clients achieve their financial and personal goals in order to preserve their wealth. Mark takes the firm's motto “Helping Entrepreneurs Succeed” to heart.

A graduate of Touro College, Mark is president of the NYBDN Network Group, NYC chapter. Mark is also a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.

Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and five children at his home in Upstate New York. He also volunteers as an EMS staff member for the local community ambulance service.
