An audit and business consulting partner with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, Mike focuses his practice on providing high net-worth individuals, their families, and their businesses with accounting, audit, tax, and business management services. Mike helps clients find strategies to grow, preserve, and transfer wealth, and reviews the implementation of financial plans to see that they are properly executed.

Mike works with a wide variety of clients in the manufacturing, wholesale, and real estate industries, as well as various non-profit organizations. Mike has extensive experience with large, family-owned manufacturing companies with international affiliates.

An experienced auditor and consultant, Mike helps clients establish internal controls; review and negotiate contracts, sales and purchases; evaluate profitability; and structure acquisitions and large transactions.

Mike graduated from Pace University and is licensed as a CPA in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

Mike is a member of the Executive Committee at Citrin Cooperman, as well as the AICPA, the NYSSCPA, and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
