Mike has spent the past 30 years advising business owners and high net worth individuals on sophisticated tax and estate planning matters.
He has also done extensive corporate tax planning, including mergers and acquisitions, for large entities as well as small emerging companies. His client list is diverse, but his primary specialties are manufacturing, real estate and high net worth individuals.
Mike joined Citrin Cooperman as a partner in 1997, when Robbins Greene Horowitz Lester & Company merged into the firm.
He is a graduate of C.W. Post College and is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs. He also sits on the American Institute of CPAs' Tax Committee and is a frequent speaker on tax topics.
