Mike specializes in working closely with business owners to help them grow and control their business. He focuses on helping them establish and maintain systems and internal controls, growing and strengthening their companies, and helps them through the process of inter-generational planning and execution.
In addition to over 25 years in public accounting, Mike worked for eight years as a controller of garment and textile businesses doing over $50 million in volume. This experience gave him hands-on insight into the challenges of running an office and a business.
Mike graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He then served two years in the army.
He holds Series 7 and 63 Security Licenses and is a licensed life and health insurance agent. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs. For two years Mike served on the small practice committee of the NYS Society of CPAs.
Mike served as Chairman of the Rockland County Secondary School Committee of the University of Pennsylvania as well as his town's Cub Scout organization. He also served on his synagogue's Board of Directors.
