Neal joined the firm as an audit and consulting partner in 1995 and focuses his practice on consulting for start-up and closely-held private businesses, with an emphasis on restaurants, manufacturers and professional service firms. He is involved in all aspects of his clients' tax and financial planning, including budgeting forecasts, due diligence for acquisitions, and industry benchmarking.

His varied client list includes high net worth individuals, as well as wholesalers, and privately-held businesses in retail and construction.

Neal graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in accounting and completed the MBA program at City College of New York.

A member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs, Neal is also a regular speaker at restaurant industry events on financing and starting up new businesses in the food industry.
