Pat has an extensive and diverse background in taxation and accounting, which includes various tax compliance and consulting services in a wide range of industries. He spent many years at JH Cohn before joining Citrin Cooperman.

As a tax partner at Citrin, he is responsible for advising both corporate and individual clients on a wide range of tax issues and identifying tax saving opportunities for them. He has spent his career servicing closely-held companies and has focused on understanding their business to provide quality service.

Pat graduated from Hartwick College with a B.S. and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Pace University. He is a member of the AICPA, New York and New Jersey State Society's of CPAs and is a licensed CPA in New York State.
