Spencer Barback is a partner with more than 40 years of experience in public accounting. Spencer provides tax planning and business consulting services - including estate and financial planning - to title insurance companies, asset management companies, and manufacturers, among other industries.

Spencer graduated from American International College in Springfield, MA with a bachelors degree in accounting. He is a licensed CPA in New York and is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs. He is currently President and Board Member of The Food Bank for Westchester and an active member of his synagogue. He is also a past president of the Westchester chapter of the NYSSCPAS and a past Director of the NYSSCPAS at the State level.

Spencer and his wife, Ronnie, live in White Plains, New York; they have four children and five grandchildren.
