William “Bill” C. Briggs is the head of the tax department in the firm's Philadelphia office, specializing in tax planning and compliance services for closely held corporations, partnerships, and high net-worth individuals. He has nearly two decades of experience in the field of taxation.

Bill is a frequent speaker before CPA societies and other professional associations. He acts as the Director of Tax Seminars for a national organization that provides continuing professional education seminars for accountants and attorneys. In that capacity, Bill has developed and written several courses and publications that are distributed nationally.

Previously, Bill was the partner in charge of tax services of Carrow, Doyle & Associates, LLP. Bill was the former Director of Taxation of a regional accounting firm and also served as a Senior Tax Manager with KPMG.

Bill's professional activities include membership in the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
