Michael is a partner in the firm's Springfield, N.J. office, offering his clients a wide range of accounting/auditing, business consulting and forensic services.

His clients include construction companies, medical practices, commercial landscapers, and wholesaler and retailers, among others.

Experienced with family owned business clients, Michael provides them with counsel on succession planning, compensation issues, mergers & acquisitions, and marital dispute resolution.

Michael is licensed as a certified public accountant in New Jersey, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rutgers University. Michael lives in Springfield, N.J. with his wife, Sandra, and their two daughters, Alexandra and Olivia.
