Stanley Goldis is a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office, providing tax, business consulting and financial negotiation services to his clients. Stanley is the former managing partner at Matarazzo, Goldis & Co., and joined Citrin Cooperman in November 2008.
With 41 years of accounting experience, Stanley helps his clients maximize the value of their agreements – including buy-sell transactions, partnership agreements and bank loans – with third parties through valuation services and negotiation services. He works with clients in a wide range of fields, and has deep experience with law firms, dental practices, physicians and other professional service firms. Stanley has been licensed in securities since 1988.
Stanley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. He earned a degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University, in Philadelphia.
He was the treasurer of the Bala Cynwyd Library for 10 years and a board member of various non-profit organizations. Stanley has also served in leadership positions at two private day schools and his synagogue. He was honored at the inaugural dinner of Ohr Shalom Synagogue, in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel, for his efforts in the establishment of a permanent facility there. An avid cyclist, Stan has participated in the Wheels of Love bicycle ride to benefit Alyn Hospital in Jerusalem.
Stanley and his wife Naomi live in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania: they have seven children and numerous grandchildren.
