Bill Briggs, CPA
Partner
Bill leads the tax department of the firm’s Philadelphia office and is a partner with nearly twenty years experience. He specializes in tax planning and compliance services for clients in the real estate industry. His clients include real estate developers, homebuilders, and owner/operators of both commercial and residential rental properties.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Bill was a partner at Carrow, Doyle & Associates, LLP, the director of taxation for a regional accounting firm and a senior tax manager with KPMG where he was the senior manager in charge of the real estate tax division.
Bill is a frequent speaker for CPA societies and other professional associations. He currently acts as the director of tax seminars for a national organization that provides continuing professional education seminars for accountants and attorneys.
Bill is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He received his B.S. degree in accounting from Villanova University.
