David Seiden, CPA
Partner
Dave is the lead partner in the firm’s State and Local Tax affiliate service (known as SALT Link) and is an expert on state and local tax (SALT) issues. He helps individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of multi-state income and franchise taxes, sales and use taxes, residency audits, and unclaimed property taxes. Dave is located in the firm’s White Plains office.
Joining the firm from a Rye Brook-based SALT consulting firm he founded in 2008, Dave brings more than twenty-five years of accounting and tax experience to his clients. Prior to starting SALT Link, Dave was a SALT partner at a Big Four accounting firm for seventeen years as wells as a tax partner at a large regional CPA firm.
Dave graduated in from American University with a degree in accounting, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.
