Craig A. Jacobson

Director

Craig is a director in the firm’s Valuation & Forensic Services Group, helping clients in a wide range of industries. Working out of the firm’s New York City and Connecticut offices, his services help clients resolve issues regarding the buying or selling of a company, intellectual property valuations, and damages/lost profits analysis, among other issues. Craig has preformed economic analyses involving intangible assets, intellectual property, fairness opinions and solvency opinions, lost profit/economic damages, and forensic services.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Craig worked at Willamette Management Associates. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and computer science from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
