Mark Henry is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Braintree, Massachusetts office with over 13 years of experience in public accounting. He has significant experience providing audit, financial reporting, and business consulting services to clients in various industries, including but not limited to manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and technology.

Experience

Mark's financial and accounting experience is focused on helping his current clients navigate through their financial challenges. He works closely with his clients on the business issues they face on a daily basis, some of which include succession planning, growth projections, margin analysis, and bank compliance, among other issues.

Mark also assists his clients through mergers and acquisitions, advising strategic buyers and his clients on how to best evaluate and execute successful transactions on both sides of the sale. He specializes in quality of earnings, cash flow projections, integrity of financial information, and potential risk management issues. His services include performing comprehensive financial due diligence, advising on accounting issues, post transaction integration services, negotiation support, acquisition strategy formulation, and supporting his clients’ financial modeling.

Previously, Mark was an audit director at KAF, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016.

Community Involvement

Mark is an Abington Little League Board of Directors volunteer, and also coaches children’s baseball and flag football.

Outside The Office

Mark makes time to keep up with his personal interests, particularly golf, basketball, and baseball. Most of Mark’s time is spent with his wife Melissa, and his two children Colin and Payton. He is a member of the 2000 Stonehill College Hall of Fame Baseball Team and played professional baseball for the Brockton Rox of the Can-Am league in 2003.
