Stephen Hellner is a partner in the firm's Audit Practice. He specializes in working with clients in the sectors of franchising, restaurant and hospitality, staffing, retail, and manufacturing and distribution to provide them with assurance and advisory services. His clients rely on him to consult in the areas of financial reporting, corporate structuring, domestic and international strategic planning, tax strategies, merger and acquisition due diligence and consulting, and profitability analysis.

As a senior member of the firm’s Franchising Practice, Stephen has had the opportunity to work with and advise various franchisors of different sizes on a number of diverse matters. One of his primary responsibilities is managing the audit of one of the largest QSR franchisors in the world.
