Women make up about half of our workforce and nearly 41% of mothers are breadwinners, yet a persistent gender wage gap and allegations of sexual harassment in the workplace show that the playing field is not yet level. What can be done to create gender equity on the job? This month's Cocktails & Conversations, sponsored by Roger Williams University, brings together a panel of high powered women who are levelling the playing field for women in the workplace. They'll share what ideas they see working for women in business, through programs and policies, and their hopes for future progress.
