Chris Lotito is the owner and president of the multimillion-dollar Edison-based Lotito Foods, a 100-year-old, third-generation family business that imports cheese and Italian specialty foods, produces private-label food products and provides food services.  After taking the reins, at just 23 years old, Lotito didn’t just grow the business; he blew the doors off it. In 1980, the company operated in a 2,500-square-foot space in Brooklyn. Today, Lotito Foods comprises a combined 200,000 square feet of operations spanning facilities in Edison and Paterson, as well as factories in Vermont and Sicily.
