Restaurant associations represent hundreds of hospitality businesses in their regions, working every day to serve and empower restaurant owners. They have never worked harder or to a greater extent than they have in the past year, as COVID-19 crippled their industry and devastated local economies.

Stacy Gilbert, partner and practice co-leader of Citrin Cooperman’s Restaurant and Hospitality Practice, sat down with some of the industries most recognized association leaders for a behind-the-scenes look at the challenges of 2020 and what's ahead in 2021. They provided an update on the latest developments in the battle to save local eateries and what their organizations are doing to help.
