Merger and acquisition transactions among manufacturing and distribution companies are on the rise as companies try to capitalize off of capital developed during the COVID-19 pandemic. While companies work hard to prepare their business to get top dollar on a sale, the last surprise they want to stumble across is a cyber breach which can put the entire transaction at risk.
