The 2015 Driving Your Business: Women at the Wheel event in New Jersey brought together four exceptional women leaders.  The distinguished panel included Kathleen M. Boozang, Dean and Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law; Amy B. Mansue, President and CEO of Children’s Specialized Hospital; Monica C. Smith, Founder and CEO of Marketsmith, Inc.; and Peg Wright, President and CEO of The Center for Great Expectations.  Citrin Cooperman’s own Stacy Gilbert, Partner, moderated the panel, cohosted by Santander Bank and Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP.
The panel discussed the skills and philosophy that helped propel these women leaders to the top.  The topics included their unique histories and business backgrounds, management issues specific to their industry, and their philosophy and personal leadership approach.

Panelists at Citrin Cooperman’s “Women at the Wheel” seminar emphasized that they’re ‘not done’ paving the way for future women leaders.
