Mark S. Carrow, CPA, MS
Partner
Mark S. Carrow, managing partner of Citrin Cooperman's Philadelphia office, provides tax services and business consulting advice to closely held entities, executives of publicly held corporations, and development-stage enterprises. He focuses on implementing tax and financial planning strategies to optimize business transactions. Mark also works with start-up companies to provide the appropriate entity structure, valuation expertise, and finance consulting. He has a strong focus in the franchise industry.
Mark joined Citrin Cooperman in November 2009 from Carrow, Doyle & Associates, LLP, where he was the founding partner. Previously, Mark was the director of taxation of a regional accounting firm and a tax manager with KPMG.
Mark has a Master of Science in Taxation from Widener University in Delaware County, PA., and a B.A. degree in Accounting from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio. His professional associations include memberships in the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs.
