Sylvie is the managing partner of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Practice and a partner within Citrin Cooperman’s Private Equity and Capital Markets Industry Practice. She leads buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity firms, independent sponsors, family offices, and strategic buyers.

Stacy is the regional managing partner for the firm's White Plains, New Jersey, Braintree, and Providence offices, an audit and tax partner, and a co-leader of the firm's Restaurants and Hospitality Industry Practice.
