EXPERIENCE

Aaron is a director in Citrin Cooperman's Digital Services Practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in technology, including over a decade designing and delivering Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. His background in web development, e-commerce, and systems architecture, along with running his own software company, gives him a full-stack view of how technology supports the business.

Aaron serves as the lead technical architect on multiple concurrent client engagements for clients in retail, consumer brands, restaurants, and hospitality and entertainment. He specializes in designing and building complex, multi-system Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud and CPQ, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. His work often centers on connecting Salesforce to the rest of the business. He has designed and built complex integrations with ERP, payment, e-signature, and content management platforms, so data and processes flow cleanly from quote to cash to customer service. His client relationships tend to last, including more than six years as lead architect for a national restaurant brand. He is also focused on agentic AI, helping clients put AI agents to work on real customer service and operational problems.

Before joining Citrin Cooperman, Aaron was a technical architect at Rosetree Solutions, a Salesforce consulting firm that joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. At Rosetree, he led the architecture and delivery of large enterprise Salesforce implementations and served as the primary technical architect across several of the firm's key client accounts.
