Adam is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. His focus is working with individuals and closely held corporations on tax and compliance matters. Adam serves clients across a variety of industries, including the distribution and logistics, manufacturing, and professional services sectors, as well as professional athletes and corporate executives. He brings expertise in working with multi-state businesses and assists clients in navigating international and offshore tax compliance challenges.
