Adelina is a director of operations at Citrin Cooperman and drives measurable results through data-driven decisions, operational rigor, and relationship-based leadership. Adelina brings more than 18 years of global procurement and operations leadership experience and has worked with global organizations to drive value across spend analytics, compliance, and procurement performance optimization, while helping teams achieve ambitious growth and savings targets.

Adelina served as a client engagement manager and head of the CEO office and sales enablement at a global, independent, procurement service provider specializing in indirect spend management. In this role, she played a key role in procurement transformations for Swiss and Japanese banking clients and mid-market private equity firms across the U.S., Canada and Europe. She developed value-creation roadmaps, built governance and analytics frameworks, led regional performance initiatives, and actively supported client engagement by organizing and hosting procurement focused events, including CPO and CFO summits. Adelina also co-founded the company’s Bucharest Shared Service Center, overseeing every stage of its launch from initial design to go-live. She delivered a seamless launch for a Swiss anchor client with no business disruption and built high‑performing teams across reporting and analytics, service delivery, internal controls, and value recovery.

Earlier in her career, Adelina held leadership roles at a global edge-to-cloud company focused on enterprise technology, where she led global M&A procurement integrations and drove procurement process transformations during the company’s corporate restructuring (HP / HPE / DXC Technology).

She is project management certified and recognized for her ability to unify strategy, operations, and people management in complex, cross-border environments. She speaks five languages, English, French, Spanish, Turkish and Romanian. Adelina brings cultural intelligence and global perspective to every client engagement.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Adelina was the founder of a New York-based firm focused on procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, and business transformation.
