Alan Badey serves as Chief Executive Officer of Citrin Cooperman Advisors, LLC and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is focused on driving the evolution and transformation of the Firm forward, providing an exceptional industry driven, client service experience, building and sustaining a one-firm culture, and enhancing opportunities for all partners and staff. Alan leverages his experience, vision, and collaborative leadership style to enable the Firm to maintain a position as a leader in the industry and further cement the Firm’s mission to be the go-to professional services firm of choice for the middle market in the country.

Throughout his time at Citrin Cooperman, Alan has been a driving force in the evolution of the Firm. He has held a variety of leadership roles, led the development of industry practice groups and the overall restructuring of the Firm’s advisory services line. Most recently, Alan has been a driving force in bringing Citrin Cooperman through its private equity journey, spearheading a strong team to lead the Firm through two transactions placing Citrin Cooperman at the forefront of this ever-growing industry trend.
