Experience

Allison Parsons is a partner in the firm’s DC Metro office with over 15 years of diversified audit and accounting experience. She is responsible for a variety of engagements focused on government contracting, not-for-profits, professional services, and employee benefit plan audits.

Allison has experience overseeing audits, reviews, and compilations for not-for-profit organizations, government contractors, and professional service companies. Her clients range from start-up entities to those with mature significant operations. Allison's experience also includes not-for-profit audits under the Uniform Guidance. She provides consulting services to clients and supervises engagements addressing accounting and auditing standards implementation and internal control design and implementation.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Allison was a shareholder at a local accounting firm.
