Alyssa Kaye is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office and the firm's Regional Assurance Practice Leader for the California, Southern Florida, Chicago, Ohio, Philadelphia, and DC Metro offices. Alyssa has over 10 years of experience providing audit and assurance services to middle-market businesses. Alyssa also provides consulting services to companies, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, analyzing and implementing new accounting standards, and researching and documenting the accounting treatment of various complex transactions. Her clients span the manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and franchising industries.

With extensive experience in financial reporting and internal controls, Alyssa helps entities streamline their accounting processes, comply with financial reporting and other regulatory requirements, and mitigate risk. Alyssa partners with businesses to navigate complex financial landscapes and deliver value-driven solutions with industry insights.

Alyssa is also the Global Manufacturing and Distribution Sector Leader at Moore Global, focusing on advancing the Manufacturing & Distribution Sector knowledge, fostering global collaboration, and supporting international businesses in navigating financial and operational complexities globally.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Alyssa worked at regional public accounting firms. She has served on various audit and assurance effectiveness and methodology committees and helped to develop process improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the assurance practices.
