Experience

André is a partner in Citrin Cooperman's Transaction Advisory Services Practice responsible for leading due diligence engagements for both strategic and financial buyers, corporate clients, and founder-led businesses. He oversees buy-side and sell-side transactions and guides clients through deal-related issues.

André has more than 20 years of professional services experience. He has worked on more than 300 transactions across a variety of industries in the middle market, including industrial products, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, healthcare, consumer products, and retail. In addition to buy- and sell-side services, André also performs working capital calculations and other agreed-upon procedures and projects.

Before joining Citrin Cooperman, André worked in a top 10 global accounting, tax, and advisory firm, leading due diligence engagements. André also previously held a key FP&A leadership role with a multinational private company. He managed multiple debt facilities in various countries, including treasury and FP&A, and directed the integration of significant asset portfolio acquisitions that doubled the company's size during his tenure.
