Arber is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice.

Arber is a financial and business advisory professional with experience across lower-middle-market consulting, banking and institutional finance, and small business operations. His background includes five years guiding privately held companies, more than eight years in banking and institutional client servicing, and hands-on experience with family-run businesses.

For the past five years, Arber has provided insight to owner-operated and lower-middle-market companies on M&A readiness, capital strategy, FP&A, financial performance, turnaround strategy, and transaction-related matters. His work includes sell-side preparation, financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA normalization, working capital analysis, cash flow planning, lender and buyer communications, valuation guidance, diligence support, and preparation of bank- and investor-ready materials.

Previously, Arber built a strong technical foundation in banking and institutional finance, with experience in client onboarding, system automation, data analytics, account reconciliation, institutional reporting, audit support, and lifecycle management for derivatives, mutual funds, index funds, and DTCC repo transactions. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 10 years working with small, family-run businesses, gaining practical exposure to owner-operated environments, customer relationships, daily operations, cash flow management, and the challenges faced by growing private companies.

Previously, Arber was a principal at LitmanGerson Associates, LLP (LGA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026.
