Blake Boshnack is a partner in the firm's New York City office with over 15 years of public accounting experience. The majority of his clients are in the real estate sector, including owner/operators, developers, and privately-held real estate funds. He is also proficient in international tax matters for clients in a wide array of industries, including private equity and financial services.

Blake works hand-in-hand with his clients to manage the entire lifecycle of their investments. He guides them through the complexities involved in the acquisition, managing operations, and capital transactions with the ultimate goal of minimizing and/or deferring federal and state and local tax ramifications.

Blake is also proficient in tax planning, consulting, and compliance issues for foreign-owned corporations operating within the United States borders.

In conjunction with the work on his client's business entities, Blake helps plan and manage their individual tax situations with a personalized, forward-looking strategy to deal with any impending changes from both a personal and financial perspective and help them achieve their short and long-term goals.
