Brad is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Private Client Services Practice, bringing more than 25 years of comprehensive tax advisory experience to the firm. He works closely with clients to create tailored, strategic solutions designed to reduce tax exposure and support long-term financial success. Known for his practical approach and collaborative style, Brad is committed to delivering high-quality service rooted in deep technical expertise.
Brad’s tax experience spans a wide range of industries and client profiles, including companies of all sizes, executives, professional athletes, and other high-net-worth individuals with a strong emphasis on tax minimization strategies. He also offers guidance to clients in consumer products and athletic apparel, as well as specialty finance firms that provide non-traditional working capital, equipment financing, and future receivable funding to small businesses. Over the course of his career, Brad has worked extensively with multistate and international businesses, medical practices, and real estate companies that build, buy, and develop commercial and residential properties. His technical experience also includes Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) planning and assisting clients with sell-side M&A transactions, including tax-efficient structuring and planning. Brad’s ability to navigate complex tax landscapes has made him a business insight resource to clients facing both routine needs and highly specialized challenges.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Brad was a partner at Gatto, Pope & Walwick, LLP (GPW), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025. During his tenure at GPW, he played a key leadership role in serving private clients and guiding the firm’s tax practice.
