Experience
Brian Giganti is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Bethesda office, bringing vast experience in tax, audit, and accounting to his clients. He works in a broad range of disciplines, specializing in all types of not-for-profit organizations, including charitable, educational, and medical organizations, trade and professional associations, unions, and employee benefit plans.
Brian served as director of the Not-for-Profit Client Services Group of Regardie, Brooks & Lewis, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2015.
As an accounting and auditing specialist, Brian helps clients translate the complexities of accounting and financial reporting pronouncements into workable and efficient business solutions. Brian initiates business planning and management advice, which is critical to the effective operation of his clients’ organizations.

Publications And Presentations
Brian’s articles have been published nationally in publications such as The American Society of Association Executives’ Association Management and Dollars & Cents. He is also a lecturer on association tax and accounting topics. Presentations have included discussions on international taxation of associations, financial and tax reporting of chapter or subsidiary organizations, and preventing fraud in a not-for-profit organization.
