Brittany is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Audit and Attest Practice and has more than 11 years of public accounting experience, including over nine years specializing in not-for-profit organizations. She has worked at firms of various sizes, ranging from small practices to nationally ranked firms in the top 20 to 100, and has served clients of diverse sizes and complexities throughout the East Coast, including Boston, Miami, Washington, D.C., and the greater Philadelphia area.

Before joining Citrin Cooperman, Brittany provided assurance and advisory consulting services to a wide range of mission-driven organizations, including charities, museums, cultural institutions, and private foundations. Her focus includes financial statement audits, internal controls, and compliance with federal and state grant requirements. She is highly experienced with Uniform Guidance (single audits), U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, and Financial Accounting Standards Board not-for-profit reporting standards. Brittany is known for a collaborative and communicative approach, helping organizations navigate complex accounting and regulatory issues with clarity and confidence.

As audit director, Brittany is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality audits with a strong emphasis on client service and building lasting relationships. She holds a M.S. in accounting and is a certified public accountant, and she stays engaged with developments in the not-for-profit sector through ongoing education and professional affiliations.
