Experience

Carolynn is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Practice, focused on life sciences companies. She brings over 15 years of experience to the firm.

She offers guidance to clients on an array of operational accounting matters including U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) financial reporting, audit preparation and support, budgeting and forecasting, including both cash runway management and long-range planning, and accounting system implementation. She supports companies across the startup lifecycle.

Previously, Carolynn was a director for five years at Browne Consulting, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. She began her career in external audit at a Big Four accounting firm. She subsequently worked in internal audit at a public alternative asset management company, and then moved into compliance, where she established an internal audit function within the corporate compliance program at a public senior living company.
