He helps organizations on enterprise AI governance, AI risk management, responsible AI, and AI transformation strategies. His experience includes developing governance frameworks, evaluating emerging AI technologies and vendors, designing AI operating models, supporting executive AI councils, and helping organizations integrate AI into their business responsibly and effectively. He has experience evaluating and implementing enterprise AI platforms and governance capabilities, helping organizations bridge the gap between emerging technologies and measurable business value. His experience spans infrastructure, construction, financial services, and professional services.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Christopher served as a managing director at a global risk advisory and consulting firm, where he helped establish and lead the firm’s AI governance and enablement initiatives while leveraging extensive experience in governance, investigations, compliance, and operational consulting. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations on complex business, regulatory, and operational challenges, helping strengthen governance, improve decision-making, and drive meaningful organizational change.
