Darin is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. He serves a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals and business entities, such as partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Darin has expertise in a number of industries, including construction, food and beverage, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, private equity, and real estate.
With more than 15 years of experience in taxation, financial accounting, and business consulting, Darin helps clients navigate through complex issues and develops solutions to minimize their tax exposure.
Previously, Darin was a tax director at Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.

Outside of work, Darin volunteers time with the youth of his local church congregation where he focuses on helping them develop integrity, confidence, and a sense of purpose.
Outside the Office
In 2008, Darin and his wife married, and together they maintain a bustling household with five children, a loyal German shepherd named Maverick, and two precious miniature goldendoodles, Bella and Remi. Darin’s family also enjoys raising farm animals, including chickens, cows, horses, and pigs. Darin’s leisure pursuits include sports activities, guiding his children in their athletic endeavors, weekend camping expeditions, hiking, hunting, and traveling. Additionally, he and his wife share a passion for endurance challenges, including Spartan Races and half marathons.
